Nice to meet you.

A bit about me...

Charlie Hatchett, born and raised in Connecticut, is a devoted husband to his wife Virginia and a proud father of three beautiful baby girls: Charlotte, Violet, and Evangeline. Currently serving as a Pastor, he is also the accomplished author of "RetroFit" and the creator of the M3 Mindset curriculum. Furthermore, he is recognized as a prominent speaker for USAYO and owns a successful business called WON Nutrition. Charlie is the visionary founder of H.I.M., Inc. and holds the distinction of being a certified Power of Positive Leadership speaker and trainer.

Prior to assuming these impactful roles, Charlie thrived as an all-American athlete, excelling in basketball, football, and track and field. His collegiate football career was especially remarkable, achieving all-American status for three consecutive years. In 2012, he transitioned to the professional sphere, although he didn't secure an NFL contract after stints with the Jets and Falcons. Fortuitously, he earned his inaugural contract with the BC Lions of the CFL, where he distinguished himself as a linebacker and garnered rookie honors.

During his tenure at Cornerstone Christian Center, Charlie adeptly served as the Director of Student Ministries for five years. In 2021, he assumed the role of Associate Pastor, overseeing children, youth, and young adults. His extensive experience includes ministering to and guiding students and congregants, reflecting his deep commitment.

Over the past four years, Charlie has captivated audiences, engaging with hundreds of individuals in both intimate and large-group settings as a featured USAYO speaker. His presentations encompass a diverse array of topics, including requested subjects and personal anecdotes from his journey as an athlete and mentor. He has graced esteemed institutions like Brown, Cornell, Yale, Quinnipiac, and more, leaving a lasting impact on students and staff through his empowering messages and transformative strategies.

Charlie's current focus is on preparing for the upcoming 2024 Olympics, where he aims to compete in shot put. However, his most profound dedication lies in aiding individuals on their spiritual journey and growth in Christ. He remains committed to fostering holistic development of the mind, body, and soul.
